Shipping and production time

Every order is made for you after you place it. That's how print on demand works, and it means nothing sits in a warehouse waiting.

Production takes about 6 business days for orders of 1 to 5 items. Shipping comes after that.

Shipping is included in the price. There is no separate shipping charge at checkout.

Estimated shipping time:

United States: 5 to 10 business days

Canada: 2 to 7 business days

Add them together and most US orders arrive in about 2 to 3 weeks. Canadian orders usually arrive in about 1.5 to 2.5 weeks. These are estimates, not promises. Business days don't include weekends or holidays.

Need to cancel? Email me at hello@biancapattern.com as soon as you can. Orders are held for 3 hours before production starts. If you write within that time, I can cancel your order and refund you. After that, the order is already in production and can't be changed.

Returns & exchanges not accepted

But please contact me if you have problems with your order.

Damaged packages: Once your package leaves the studio, it is in the hands of the carrier. Damage caused by the carrier, or by opening the package roughly, isn't something I or the production studio can cover. If your package arrives damaged, email me with a photo and I'll help you open a claim with the carrier.

Returned packages: If a package is returned to us by the carrier, I'll contact you.
